Our Limited Editions Menu is designed to compliment our Traditional Bar Menu and is continually updated and evolved to reflect the seasons and to take advantage of seasonal produce.

Our Limited Editions Menu offers a selection of delicious meals
that draw their inspiration from a wide variety of sources
– traditional English, European and Oriental
to name just a few.

Ingredients are bought locally wherever possible.
Our beef, pork and lamb all come from Yorkshire farms.
Locally caught game such as pheasant,
wood pigeon, mallard, rabbit and venison
are often featured on the menu when in season.

Red Snapper steamed with Lemon Grass, Coriander and Ginger, served on a bed of Stir-fried Vegetables with a Coconut and Coriander Sauce.

Roast Rump of Local Lamb on Savoy Mash with Redcurrant and Rosemary Jus.

a range of starters, main courses and desserts.
